The End of an Era

My New Toy!

Last night Pitman and I ended a committed relationship of almost 15 years.  If someone had told me that it would have lasted this long, I don’t know if I would have doubted you, or believed you.  Truth be told, I’m not sure if I would have cared.  But until Pitman even entered my life, I never had a relationship of any kind last as long as 15 years, except for my children, of course.  It’s insane, if you ask me.  But last night, it ended.  The funny part is that it only took three days of conversation to make the decision.  What finally swung my vote?  The promise of a tablet with its own Wi-Fi access is all it took.  Yes, the Pitman family has dumped Verizon Wireless and is now proud members of the AT&T Family!!!

Trust me, I find it hard to believe, but it is true.  AND I will no longer be held hostage in malls without free Wi-Fi while “supervising” my teen!!  OR at the Laundromat when I need to wash my oversize bedding!!!  OR in cars on my way to Maryland for “treatments” and appointments that will probably not help me anyways!!!  NOW I just need to figure out how to use it!  Cassie did give me a stylus, so I can “type” out  my blogs (not carry around my really heavy and about to die, not to mention needs to be plugged in at all times laptop) when I’m at the mall & Laundromat and other places.  I’m fairly certain there has to be an app for that, right?  

So, let’s have a little discussion!!!  What is your favorite Android app that I need to try out, and why!!!  I find the need to test them out and show you guys I can review things!!  I have one I need to play with more so I can review it.  It’s called “Evernote”.  I need to get it onto my new tablet now!!  So excited!  I need to end this to go play!
